YOUR LOCAL HOWARD CHIROPRACTOR
Meet Dr Tracy Suzanne
With a background as a Registered Nurse and Remedial Massage Therapist, Dr Tracy brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to chiropractic care in Howard. Her whole-body approach means she doesn’t simply focus on symptoms, she considers how your spine, nervous system and muscles work together to support your overall function and wellbeing.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH
Hi, I’m Dr Tracy.
I’m delighted to be opening Howard Chiropractic and providing chiropractic care to the local Howard community and surrounding Wide Bay region.
My journey into chiropractic began in nursing. As a Registered Nurse, I had the privilege of living and working across Queensland, from Weipa to Cunamulla, Mt Isa to Innisfail, Cairns to Brisbane and beyond. Those years gave me a deep appreciation for caring for people from all walks of life, particularly in rural and regional communities where access to healthcare can be especially important.
I later trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist, which strengthened my hands-on skills and confirmed how much I value helping people improve their movement and function. In 2022, I graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and became a registered chiropractor.
I am a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association and am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Ongoing professional development and providing safe, evidence-informed care are very important to me.
I genuinely love chiropractic. I find it incredibly rewarding to see patients move more freely, feel more confident in their bodies, and return to activities that are meaningful to them. I believe that when the body moves well and functions efficiently, it supports overall wellbeing in many aspects of life.
When you visit Howard Chiropractic, you can expect care that is tailored to you. I use a variety of techniques, ranging from gentle to more manual approaches, and adapt each treatment based on your comfort level, preferences and individual needs. No two people are the same, and your care shouldn’t be either.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud mum of two teenagers and a much-loved Labrador. Life is full and busy, often spent being the regular “mum taxi” to flying lessons and horse riding adventures. After several years in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg, and many years previously in Mirani, we’re thrilled to once again be part of a small, friendly country community.
My children and I are proud to now call Howard home, and I look forward to becoming one of the town’s trusted local health professionals.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your health journey.
